EAD --> S Corp
Hello again. With an approved EAD, can I form a S Corporation and start my own business? Apparently, there can be no nonresident alien shareholders in a S Corp. Is "nonresident alien" referring to the USCIS or the IRS definition? Thanks. :)- ralcal
