i have a speed ticket.paid. I answered YES to question 16 "Have you ever been cited...?" because the speed ticket is a citation, but what does this mean? "Outcome or disposition of the citation: no charges filed, charges dismissed etc." I swear I do not know if I have charges filed or...- aBH8
