Can I transfer a new H1B starting in october 2007 even before joining the company
Company A applied for my H1B which I got approved starting October, 2007. Subsequently, I have discovered that Company A is very unethical and does not treat its employees fairly. H1 starts in October. Do i need to file another H4 again?
Hello everyone, I have been in the US as H4. Recently my husband changed his job (twice in 2 months). He got his company A H1 extension and my H4 valid till 05/31/2008.
