    Aos Issues

    Can Aos be denied? i have filed i130 i485 for mother who is in us. visa expires in sep. if Aos is denied does she lose 10yr entry? if her gc is denied does she lose 10yr visa? what is then to be done? please advise.

    HI if a usc files i130 and 1458 for mother (in us now) whose visa expires in sep what is her status?will she lose her 10yr visa for overstaying if it is not approved? can she stay on?
