485 filed in Nebraska, I-140 in Texas
I got my I-140 approved from Texas and 485 is filed in the Nebraska Service center. Is it possible that Nebraska can go back and review my I-140 again before approving 485 ? My problem is that the advertisement for Labor had "BS + 3 year experience or MS + 1 year experience". BS + 3 doesn't...- puneetmurgai
