filing i-130/i-485 - effect on TN visa
Hi, My husband is from Canada on TN visa. He is currently working. I just wanted to double check that he can continue working once we file i-130/i-485 forms. He won't be out of status, right? Thanks.- tanusha

can we file i-765 after i-485/i-130?
We are submitting I-485 together with i-130 forms right now. Do we need to file i-765 at the same time or can we wait? My husband is currently in US with a TN visa from Canada that will expire at the beginning of April'08. He is currently working. I'm hoping I-485/i-130 can be processed...- tanusha
