Need Immediate Help.
I was on TN Visa and changed to H1B, which is already in effective, from October/2007. My wife is on TD visa, valid until Feb/2008. Please Advise us how to change her Visa status. How long it takes to change her status to H4-visa ? I shall appriciate your help.- motorola
