From L1 A to back on H1 B
I was on H1 B during 2003 till 2006. Now I am on L1 A with the same company. Total H1+L1 duration has been a little more than 4 years so far. Question. If I get a new job from another company then can I change the status back to H1 again? If so, will it be affected by the H1 quota or cap?- programmer1
