Unclear if I qualify for h-1 status
I have way too many questions but I will keep it short. I am a Canadian citizen that would like to be able to stay in the USA for about 12-24 months. I would also like to continue working for my Canadian company while in the USA but I would telecommute to work. Would I even need a working visa...- anarcho
