H4 Visa Advice needed... Please help
I got married in August 31,2006 and now my wife is with me in the US on her H4 visa and my H1b visa which has been extended till May 2010. I have already passed the 2nd stage in the green card process ie I140 under the EB3 category and am waiting for the third stage to happen if it ever happens...- SM7691
