Updating an application after filing with INS
My H1B extension application has been filed with INS on May 15th. My current visa expires on July 9th 2007. Im travelling in the mean time and will be back by 27th May. What is the procedure to update my already filed application with the new I94? Do i have to appear in person? what should...- luvpradeep
