    I graduated with a masters degree in 2005. Now i am in the Phd program. Am i eligible to apply in the advanced degree masters quota or is the masters quota just for recent graduate students?

    CPT to H1

    I finished my masters from USA in 2005 and i joined Phd program in a US university in 2005. Can i apply for masters quota next year even though i finished my masters 2 years ago. Also can i change from F1 to CPT to H1 or do i have to have an OPT to get H1?
