DO NOT have old/previous INDIAN Passport - Help Needed
A family friend of mine , who have been settled in US for more than 25 years, are intersted to apply and obtain OCI. They have not retained the cancelled INDIAN passport. Can they still apply for OCI. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks- vbachhu
