File i-130 after i-140 is approved
Hi All, I have i-140 approved under eb3 and haven't filed i-485 because of retrogation. My question is can my sibling file i-130 (FB4) while I still wait for my PD to become current? Is it going to affect my current i-140 approval/GC application thru employer? Thanks for your help in...- hlmasterchief

DS156 and traffic tickets
Hi Folks, Simple question.. Do i need to mention the traffic ticket i got on ds 156. It was regarding "Failed stop steady on red light". I paid the fine and the case is closed now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks- hlmasterchief
