I-94 expired unstamped 3 year extension on H1-B
Hi, I am currently working with Company A on H1-b status. My labor is approved and i got the 3 year extension after i came back from india. My I-94 was valid untill 16th feb 2007. i came back from india on Jan 2nd 2007. i got the documentsof extension papers on 12th jan. HR forgot to give it to...- macklo80
