Pending I-485 & EAD Approved, do I need to renew H1-B? PLS HELP
My H1-B is expiring on June 2007, but I'm waiting for the approval of my I-485 and I already have a approved EAD. My lawyer advise me to renew H1-B so I wont be out of status while waiting for the approval of my I-485. Is there any implication for applying H1-B renewal on my I-485 application...- ida0927
