H1 Stamping and weird situation
Hi, I am planning for a Trip to India and need to get my Visa stamped. My old stamping got expired and revalidation attempt failed with "Cancelled without Pre-Judice" when sent to St Louis. My 2003 and 2004 W2's are not good (salary less than the LCA). What are the chances for rejection...- JRoberts
