K-1 visa applicant getting divorced
I got married to a girl from india. Brought her here on K1 visa. We filed for i-485 and got denied...and then she divorced me. Our divorced was completed on constructive abandonment. Now I want here to go back, what can I do so that she is deported as she used me for the visa. Please...- chokra
