9th year extension can I change the employer?
Hi, I am in 9 th year h1b extension, got my labor and 140cleared, Labor --->(filed on march 2005) I 140 --(got cleared in 2008 november) I am in eb3 category now my client is asking me to join the company , is it possible to join now. or is there any restrictions. Please advice...- rajesh123

Vancouver H1 7th year extension
