H1B Visa extension
I am approaching my H1B visa 6 yrs limit in the next 3 months. I have not applied for Green Card yet. However, my wife has got an approved I-140 and is waiting due retrogression. She has not filed I-485 yet. Can I get extension on my visa based on her I-140? Or should I apply for Green Card...- arindam1976

Changing Employer after I-140 approval
I have got my I-140 approved a while back and I waiting in queue due to EB2 retrogression. I also got my H1B visa extended for 3 yrs based on my I-140 approval. Can I change my employer now? And then apply for Green Card again thru my new employer? Is it legal to do that? Any advice is...- arindam1976
