Visa Fee / Filing fee
Hi, Is it legal for the employer(petitioner) to ask a visa fee or a processing fee from employee? This is not premium processing. Im aware of employment agencies asking for fees ranging from 1k to 3k USD. Lets say employer is asking for 1000USD more or less for processing fee, this...- pza1g
