    Help needed to apply for EAD and AP in personnel

    Hi I got my 140 approved from TSC. Is it possible to apply for EAD and AP directly by going to local INS office which comes under different Service Center? If so, are there any chances of getting in to trouble? Please let me know which option is best. Thanks Saurav
