Canada or Mexico for H1 stamping - general consensus
I am on H4 right now. My H1 has been approved without I-94. H1 petition already approved, will applying for H4 cancel the approved H1 petition?
My H1 petition for year starting 1st Oct 2006 has already been approved. Unfortunately, we have not received it yet. There was a problem due to change in address. I am applying for H4 now.
