    Incorrect priority date in I-140

    My wife's actual priority date is Jan 2004, but in the approved I-140 it is incorrectly stated as Feb 2006. Our attorney says they have sent multiple letters to USCIS without any result/response and that when they applied for the I-485 in June, they enclosed the original labor approval...

    Working Part-time

    My company has applied for my I-140 and I expect that to be approved in the next 2 months. My questions are 1) Can I work part-time now ( before I-140 is approved) and 2)Can I work part-time once I-140 is approved but I-485 is under process. Thanks much
