Will H4 be cancelled?
I came to US in H4 now which is valid til end Dec 2006. I have my H1B approval in hand. I need to go to India to get it stamped to start working in US. In case my H1b gets rejected in India will my h4 be still valid or will that be cancelled too by the visa officer in the consulate?- rena5
