We are planning to go to India for L1/L2 stamping in Dec 2006. My Passport is valid only till the June 2nd 2007. I will be returning to US with my passport validity of less than 6 months. Will there be any issue at the port of entry? Or should I apply for passport renewal now and after I get it...- hamsa1

I am currently on a l2 Visa. My Visa expired in July 2006 but have L2 extension approval till the July of 2008. In the meantime, I had applied for a H1 B and it has got it approved.
