    Upgrading to Premium Process

    My application for I-140 (EB2) is pending for the last 42 days. USCIS is going to start premium process for Eb1 and EB2 from September 25th, 2006. Is it possible to upgrade to premium process? Need your opinion. Thanks rmrahman0302
