Your Experience at the port of entry (POE)
I am in US & planning to go to India in Dec for a short visit. I am planning show my valid H1 visa stamp from my old employer & my H1 approval notice from my new employer at the port of entry. (POE) I would like to hear from some of you who entered in a similar way. Can you please share...- Priya_M

Enter US with old valid visa & new I-94
Hello, I will really appreciate if someone can awnser my question. Has anybody tried entering with a valid H1-B visa from previous employer & showing the new I-94 from new employer at the port of entry? Thanks a lot, Priya_M- Priya_M

3 yr extention after I-140 approval
Hello, I would like to know if anybody has gone to Canada or Mexico for 7th yr extention (3 yr after I-140 approval) Has anybody got their visa stamp smoothly? Which is better, Canada or Mexico? Thanks a lot, Appreciate your help, Priya_M- Priya_M
