I really need your help
Since my I-485 has been current since April 2006 and my fingerprint has been 18 months, but I have not heard anything yet. Do they suppose send me a notice if it is been checked or I have to call to find out what is going on? Thank you very much for your help!- cyin

My situation is: I-140 RD 8/2002 I-140 Approved in 9/2004 I-485 RD 10/2004 FP 3/2005 So far, I have not heard anything yet, no FP requirement, no name check notice etc. Looks it got stucked somewhere. any suggestion for me will be appreciated!- cyin
