Travelling on AP, Questions, pl. help
Hi, My I-485 is pending based on my wife being u.s. citizen. I have approved AP expiring sometime in June-2007. I have applied for EAD which I dont think will be approved before I come back to u.s. Also my current H1B will expire before I return in U.S. Would I have a problem entering...- libran123
