my passport will expire in 6 months, is this a problem for stamping???
My 485 was approved at Nov 12 (RD 07/15/2003) and I have made an appointment for my passport stamping at Detroit office at Dec 1. What documents for h1 to h4? Please help!
Hi, My wife's company moved, she needs to transfer her H1 to H4. Can we do it by ourselves or hire a lawyer? What documents are needed to apply this transferring if we file the petition by ourselves? Any advices are highly appreciated, zxl4178- zxl4178
