I sent back the reply by express mail on 7/8 and delivery confirmation by usps showed it was delivered on 7/10.     Question on Joint tax returns and AOS interview

    Has any one had any difficulty at the AOS interview because they lack joint tax returns even though they have been married for a while? My spouse has always filed alone because i do not have a ssn and we did not know about the itin until recently.We have been married for 3 years.
