LCA pay more than pay stub - please help.
I am currently working directly for a small comany thought H-1 from that company. Just now I got the LCA from lawyer and noticed that the LCA pay is a 1000/year more that what I get paid by the company. I have a stamping in Delhi embassy Oct '24th. Parents need to stay in Canada for 3 months - Please advice.
Hi, My in-laws are with us for the past three months , they have a visitor visa for 10 years and when they entered the US were give 6 months on their I-94.
