    I-9 form

    Folks, My H-1 expired on 9/6/02(6 yrs) and I have a valid EAD thru Dec02. However, I have not filled in the I-9 form so far. I am going to do it soon. What does it do to my status since I have not filled in I-9 immediately after my H-1 expired. Any comments are welcome and appreciated!!

    Which Service Center to file?

    I am an L-2 dependent in Cincinnati, Ohio, and planning to apply for EAD. My spouse\'s employer is in NY. Anybody know where to send the application to? Vermont, Nebraska, Cleveland, or Cinci itself? Anybody in Ohio? This is a first time application. Thanks a lot folks.

    Spouse EAD/receipt not received - been 3 months

    Folks, b My wife and I applied for 485 and EAD during the first week of Nov 01. I received my EAD card by the end of Dec 01(surprising!). My wife has received her 485 receipt, but she neither received her EAD receipt nor the EAD card. b Anybody experienced similar situation? Any guesses...
