    i-864 question

    Hi, I am currently on H1-b status and work within the US. I am basically "supporting" myself. However, when i file i-130, we still have to file 864 from my sponsor (wife)? Thanks for the advice

    I-130 follow up

    Once we send in all the documents with i-130 (marriage license, etc.), does the USCIS additional research such as contacting family members. We are afraid that they might contact parents or other family members to verify the marriage. Thanks a lot
