No fp for a long time
Hello Friends, My I-485 is pending from may 2005, EB3-India( PD 12/2001). I had 1st Fp in aug 2005 and the second one in may 2007. Does FP expire after some time, if yes I want to know if how can I trigger FP? Appreciate your response.- gc_cc

I-485 pending and company does massive layoffs
Hello Friends, My I-485 has been pending since may 2005, and my priority date is 12/10/2001 which is two months behind current processing date (EB3-India).
