Got a question about going from H4->F1->H4 My wife changed her status to F1 while she was on H4 extension(I-797). She subsequently graduated and got her OPT valid until Dec 2006. We have to goto India during May and she plans to come back on H4 since she hasn't found a job yet. Is it risky to...- jk4
