EB1(L1A),140/485 pending, going back to offshore. My GC processing? GURU's Pls Help!
Hi Gurus, I came US on L1A and then in Mar 2005 my 140/485 filed. FP done last month. Got EAD and AP approval last week. I am shifted to different project and have to go back to offshore. As my 140 and 485 are pending so what will happen to my GC Processing once I move to Offshore...- Bond2006
