HI, i am in L1 and MY wife has valid L2 visa valid till dec 2008 but the stamping in passport got expired already . She is planning to go to india. I know she need to go for stamping again when she is returning back to USA. Do we need to apply for separate L2 approval before going for stamping...- chank101
