Is going for H1B (first time) stamping with approved I-140 is risky?
My I 1-40 is approved and I-485 is pending. I had to travel to India, and so wanted to go for the H1 stamping. I applied for AP but it is still pending:( I came on J1, and now have an approved H1B, but NO stamp on the passport. This will be my first visit to US consulate in Chennai...- srI140NIW
