    Is this usual - Perm Approval Time

    Hi I applied my perm from Los Angeles, CA on Applied: 13-Oct-2005 Category: EB3 Case #: C-XXXXX-XXXXX All this time its 'in process' state. Usually does it take this much time or do I need to do something? Thanks

    Changing Lawyer

    Hi I gave all the ads and needed docs to my lawyer around first week of August 2005 to file my LC thro PERM. He hasnt filed my PERM yet. Its been 2 months already. Is this the way it usually works or he is just delaying? Can I change my lawyer after LC? is that possible? Thanks :confused:
