    Anybody knows the detail of section 245k?

    Does it allow a person who filed I-485 on EB1, 2, 3 base to have a gap between two EADs? If so, then no panic if you haven't got the new EAD when your old one is expiring. Anyone can provide more detail regarding to this law?
