My 140 app. got approved and 485 is pending (EB2, ND 03/04). H1-B is valid until Oct 16, 2005. I do not have an adv. parole as the company feels to apply for H1b extension which it is in the process to do it. Fine with me. Is it OK if I travel back home and come back couple of weeks before...
