when can I apply for AP
I am on H-1B and just recieved approval letter for my labor certication. I am sending my I-140 papers today. I would like to know when I can get an AP. It depends on the retrogression but would like to know what will be the subsequent stages in this processing and when i can apply for AP. Thanks...- ahad29
