H4 to H1 visa query
Hi, My wife is on H4 visa and her H1 is in process which will be valid from Oct-2005. Her H1 is not approved yet, it is still in process. She has valid H4 petition. Can she visit India, get her passport stamped with her H4 petition and come back to the USA when her H1 is in process?- visa_quest
