    layoff/change job EB3 waiting to apply for I485.. // I140 is approved

    Hello All, I got I140 approved but now waiting for priority date to become current for EB3,, Dec 2002 so that I and file I485. I am using in 7th yrs of my H1B. What happens in case if I lose my job while waiting for date ? And what happens if find a new job after losing the current job ?
