I saw a LUD today on my I-485. My PD is not current. Done FP in last July (2008) for EAD. Got EAD last July (2008) for two years. Got Parol last December (2008). Now what?- Delicateone

Are we eligible to file unemployment with I-485 pending status?
Are we eligible to file unemployment with I-485 pending status? What if one will not find job for long time? What if one do not have H1B and working on EAD, I guess We can use AC-21 to work with another company How filing for unemployment will impact on pending I-485?- Delicateone
