I-140 approved but USICS online syatem still says pending
Hi, My lawyer sent me an email saying that my I-140 has been approved but the USCIS online system still says the status as pending. Why such discrepancy? Thanks, Rajendra- Raj.Shirhatti

H1B 7th year - Visa Revalidation in India
Hi, My H1B has been extended for the 7th year and is valid until May 1, 2010. I'm planning to go to India in August and need to revalidate my Visa. 1) What documents do I need to take? 2) How safe it is to go for stamping especially when you are in 7th year? Thanks, Rajendra- Raj.Shirhatti
