My FIL has 10yr Multiple entry Visa. He left US on Feb 6th, after his request for extension of stay beyond 6months got denied. (he left within 10days of the receipt of that letter). He is coming back on March 3rd. Any experiences/ ideas on this how much gap is OK between the visits?
