Is my I-140 approved
I concurrently filed my EB-12 application last June for CSC. I got a RFE in January 2004 and replied at the end of Feburary. Today I checked USCIS website and found out that my I131 and I765 are approved, but not my I140. I was told that I131 and I765 are based on I140 approval these days. So...- baytiger

Fingerprinting while I-140 is pending
Hi, I have submitted my I-140 June 2003 and I-485 Auguest 2003 to CSC in the category of EB-12. My I-140 is still pending but I receive a notice for fingerprinting in April 2004. Does this notice has any implication that my I-140 is promising?- baytiger
